We may not have it all together, but together we have it all

So this is just going to be a pretty quick post and I can promise nothing near perfect quality. I just was sitting there doing my sit-ups (don't worry I can only do like ten, but we're working on it) and I realized how extremely blessed I was. I am going to talk about one particular area, but believe me when I say that I have many more.

MY FAMILY!

They are so wonderful!

You know how you look at those people and it seems like they "have it all": the fancy car and clothes, the perfect job, they are so beautiful, have that perfect boyfriend/girlfriend (I'm lucky to get a date:)) they have it all right? Yeah . . . then you realize everything isn't as perfect as you thought, especially when it comes to their family. (I am not saying it is like this in every one of these situations, this is just simply an example) However, I was sitting there about ready to pass out from crunching my stomach for about ten seconds and realized I may not have the best of a lot of things, but I have an absolutely amazing family. There are no acts here. They really are what they seem, which is wonderful! Now I never said they were perfect, I'm in it, otherwise they would be pretty much there. I can always count on my family. Each one of us has our separate and individual challenges, but when you look at my family as a unit, I'm sorry if this sounds cocky, but as a family we have got it together! And you might say 'oh honey, that will change with-laws'. Um.... k, HAVE YOU MET MINE! So far we have some freaking awesome additions. I love them and they only add to the almost perfection, they definitely aid in bringing us closer. Sorry if this is sounding like I am bragging it's just that I am so very blessed to be a part of such an unbelievable family. I love them with all my little heart. I wanted to write about something that makes me happy and they make me oh so very happy. I really am a blessed child.

  2. Oh, I feel the same way. You know it is one of the reasons that I married Spence, I married him for his family (Is that wrong?). It's true, your family is very "real" and that is one of the things that makes them so good. I feel really blessed too.
